Scope note: BluePrint stands behind every study it delivers — the specialist team that prepared it provides the technical response to any questions on classifications, methodology, cost allocations, or supporting documentation, and BluePrint coordinates the process so clients and CPAs are never left chasing answers. This does not extend to return-level representation — your CPA handles that. Full terms are in your BluePrint engagement letter.

How Engineer Involvement Actually Works

Across the network, a qualified analyst has sign-off authority on low-to-moderate risk standard studies. A licensed Professional Engineer is engaged on-call, per-project, when risk triggers are met: specialty electrical or mechanical systems, Red risk score, Premium tier engagements, basis above roughly $3M–$5M, or process-driven facilities (industrial, medical, cannabis).

Any firm claiming every study is universally PE-stamped is misrepresenting the standard. Network specialists disclose engineer scope accurately in every report.
